ID Technology - Fresno seeks an experienced customer service representative to support our growing business!

Duties & Responsibilities

This position receives customer inquiries, orders and concerns over the phone and via email. Building and maintaining excellent customer relations is critical to our success, so we need a candidate with a heart for service!

Qualifications

• We seek an experienced customer service representative, proficient in communication and human relations skills, who is computer literate, organized and has a positive approach!
• This individual will team up with our sales & service group to assist in meeting our customers' needs. Following up and following through helps us help them!
• Since order processing, tracking and expediting is all maintained in our system, a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, will come in handy for this position.
