Job Overview

Sherman Bros Trucking is seeking an experienced Driver Services Representative to be based out of the Fresno area. Qualified applicants will demonstrate a successful background in recruiting drivers and owner operators for the transportation industry.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and DOT screening and recruitment laws required.
This position deals with a wide variety of people, high volume of phone work, and some travel.
The ability to sell the company, and make the determination between qualified and unqualified applicants is a must.
Exceptional communication, organization, people, and computer skills required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
A thorough understanding of the trucking industry, FMCSR, and knowledge of various recruiting techniques and selection laws is essential.
