In need of a Project Manger for a Federal Building facility in Fresno .

Job Overview

This is an HVAC O&M contract that operates 24/7.
This position entails the project manger to deal with the government personnel, tenants and subcontractors.
The Manger will report to corporate office and operate the government facility working with a staff of approx 10 HVAC maintence mechanics / engineers.
Daily reporting and interaction with government official, as well as strong mercanical skills and communication.
Department of Homeland Security & Background Clearance is required for this high profile position.
Excellent pay with fringe benefits, long term agreement in place.
