Belmont Nursery is looking for a skilled retail and horticultural professional to manage their retail sales and retail staff.

Qualifications:

• Have extensive plant identification knowledge of trees, shrubs and perennials
• Retail sales experience
• The ideal candidate would understand the thrill of the sale and have a strong comprehension of plants
• The capacity to supervise staff is essential.

This position requires a very responsible individual.

Other duties include:

• Purchasing of hard goods and bedding plants,
• Scheduling and training staff,
• Supervision of labor and projects,
• Creating and rotating displays,
• Maintenance of plant material.
